Product Owner

Job Description
Working for a very well-funded consumer fintech app, the Product Owner - Growth will work as part of a cross-functional product team to build and shape truly innovative digital products from the ground up, specifically focused within the Growth tribe. They will be launching into Europe later this year and the US next year.
The Product Owner - Growth will be responsible for:
Analysing product data and translating that into recommendations to improve the products and overall customer experience
Building out product features that will enable customer acquisition and engagement
Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation
Working with product managers, engineers and designers to help implement those changes and guide the product roadmap
Using data to help prioritise the backlog
Identifying product performance metrics and building a strong understanding of the drivers of these metrics
Creating self-serve dashboards and automating as much as possible
Translating findings back to not only the product team, but also senior stakeholders across the business
Answering and, importantly, asking questions that will lead to real insights
Competitor product analysis
The Product Owner - Growth will have:
Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Product Analyst, working within a product team
Ideally worked at a fintech startup / scaleup, preference of b2c
Having worked in a growth function would be advantageous – customer acquisition, incentives, referrals, rewards, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and data driven mindset
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
Plenty of experience working in agile product teams
Worked in fintech, banking, payments, etc.
