In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features and driving the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.RequirementsYour key responsibilities as a Product Owner will be:Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaPrioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder needs, and development team capacityWork closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product featuresEngage with customers and gather feedback to inform product enhancements and improvementsMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teamsConduct user acceptance testing and ensure product meets the desired quality and usability standardsRequirements:Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the software industryBackground of working on a technical and complex productFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to prioritize and manage multiple competing prioritiesStrong leadership skills, with the ability to drive product vision and motivate teamsExperience in the communication technology industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldBenefitsCompetitive Salary up to £60,000Company Bonus Scheme based on performancePrivate Healthcare & Dental27 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysBirthday off work5% employer pension contributionDeath in service (4x salary)£350 Christmas voucherMonthly/quarterly socialsTraining & Development opportunitiesHybrid working
