Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Product Owner within our r2c division. This position falls within our Product Management team and is located in Sheffield, England. You will report directly to the Senior Product Manager and regularly collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams. How We WorkAs a Product Owner you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join our team and help deliver innovative products to the market as outlined below.As per the Scrum definition you will be accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. You will be responsible for either a group of features or project assigned work. You are responsible for delivering the product to the users and will manage the product roadmap for the above with key stakeholders. r2c is a product with a core offering that has a number of optional modules. This also includes a number of country variants, different user inputs, bulk data interfaces and real-time interfaces.Developing and explicitly communication the Product GoalCreating and clearly communicating Product Backlog itemsEnsuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood.To understand and document all system featuresBecome and remain familiar in market for product – existing and future product requirementsInitiate support and co-ordinate development of the product, including controlling change requests and liaising with both the QA and Development TeamsManage product releases (including release documentation) and version controlTo provide advice, knowledge and support in relation to product issues for internal and external customersTo ensure that the necessary employees of r2c Online are familiar with the key functions of your productTo comply with agreed documentation standardsKey ResponsibilitiesTo be involved with Platform DevelopmentAgree and get approved changes planned and built into the productDocument all changes within the platformTest software on UAT environmentLiaise with QA and Development TeamsApprove releasesCommunicate releases internally and to relevant users – both before and at the time of releaseCollaborate across Product Management team working various specialty areas.Work across the following teams: Software Development, QA, Product Support, Network Support, Project Management, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Senior Product Manager, Director of UK & International Product ManagementManage external relationships such as operators, repair agents, manufacturers, R&M’s and third party partnersKey Decisions to be Made by the Individual in the RoleProduct functionality and Product design sign offMain Working RelationshipsInternal: Software Development, QA, Product Support, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Senior Product Manager, Director of UK & International Product ManagementExternal: Operators, Repair Agents, R&M, Manufacturers, Third Parties, WorkshopsQualifications & Skills2+ years of Product Owner and/or Product Management experienceService, Maintenance, Tyres and Repair industry experience is ideal / not requiredKnowledge of HGV industry is preferred but not requiredIT Literate (Microsoft product usage preferred, video conferencing and Product Management tools) creative mind around platform design.Strong organisational skillsTeam playerReliableConfident at presenting to a group of peopleSpecial RequirementsFull driving licence as national travel required.General Safety AccountabilitiesThe job holder must be committed to any of r2c Limited’s related Health and Safety programmes.
