AXA Group Operations initiated a Digital Workplace program named One Workplace Program in 2019. This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled-out within the entire group.As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination and implementation in all of AXA entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while insuring legacy transition.In this Product Line, we have created a modern managed product based on an up-to-date Windows 10 / 11, Cloud managed device, named Windows Edition. We have set up a Feature Team whose mission is to build the product, be responsible of the Release Management as well as insuring deployment to our customers (AXA entities) by configuring associated setup.in this context, we have several Feature Teams, each of them lead by one Product OwnerA team in charge of the global product's Release Management, focusing on global changes (new features, upgrades, bug fixes) for the product.A team in charge of insuring proper integration and deployment of the Windows Edition Product into AXA entities (each team / PO on a specific scope).MISSION : The mission is to bear the role of the Product Owner for Release Management as described above. The main objectives are to:build and maintain the backlog for the core product releases create the items in the backlog of the feature team (Themes, Epics & User Story functional description)build the release planning and communicate on the progression, the release content and the product roadmapbe in charge of organizing workshop to collect entity functional needsconsult with the other Product Owners of Windows Edition and the Product Manager who drives the roadmap, in a "scrum of scrums" organization be available and legitimate to quickly answer team’s queries on functional aspects of the User StoriesThe main activities are for the Release Management PO to be part of the agile organization based on an iterative way of working with:a sprint planning during which he/she will prepare the sprint backlog content (detailed description of the User Stories – definition of ready practice), based on team velocitya sprint review for which he/she will prepare with the Feature Team a demonstration of the main finished items (definition of done practice) of the sprinta retrospective in which he/she will actively participate to work on team improvement actionsdedicated refinement meetings with product ownership to prepare the next sprint contentmonthly Steering Committees, led by the Product Manager with the Workplace Senior ManagementQuarterly reviews with our Product stakeholders led by the product manager, to present the global roadmap of the Windows Edition releasesYour ProfileWe are looking for a Product Owner with below competencies/years of experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in agile methodology, acting as a Product OwnerFunctional knowledge of Workplace / MDM (Modern device Management) solutions and IT domainFluency in English essential (French as a nice to have)Analytical and synthetical mindEditorial skillsRelational and organizational qualities, autonomyAbout AXAAs a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
