Thisdomain is instrumental in realizing the IT & Business PlatformsProduct Portfolio vision to ensure every employee feels like BCG’smost valuable customer. We believe that ‘intranet is dead’, and thatthere is an opportunity to elevate the employee’s digital experiencethrough sophisticated personalization and seamless ‘findability’ ofservices and support. You will work in an Agile environment and reportdirectly to the Product Portfolio Lead to deliver Initiatives withmeasurable value and business outcomes. Stakeholder management ispivotal for this role, as you will often partner with customers toarticulate the “What” and “Why” that drives your feature roadmappriorities and how you will collectively measure success over time.Additionally, you will regularly work with your development Squad todeliver the “How” to bring your roadmap to life.YOU'RE GOOD ATPartnering withmultiple roles across the organization, offering a customer-focusedmindset and proven ability to translate business goals into afeature-driven Product RoadmapInspiring the “art of thepossible”, driving innovation and continuous improvementAligning your Enterprise Portal roadmap with our WorkflowDigitization products to enhance the end user experience forrequesting and consuming servicesCommunicating clearly andeffectively, both written and verbal, to collaborate in a globalenvironmentEngaging in continuous discovery (i.e.,surveys, interviews) to better understand and anticipate customerneedsMaintaining an Enterprise, holistic view ofchallenges across customer segments to promote scalable, long-termsolutions in favor of “quick fixes” – in some cases requiring hardtradeoffs according to the value, cost, and speed of deliveryCollaborating with your development squad to translateroadmap Initiatives into actionable Epics and Stories, advocating forscalable and realistic delivery timelinesArticulating theevolving priorities and desired business outcomes for the QuarterlyBusiness Review (QBR) process, while also tracking and articulatingkey results targeted in previous quartersPublic speakingand influencing senior leadership, especially to ‘de-mystify’ complex,nuanced topics to drive the right decisions for the organizationYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelor’s degree required10+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner, ProductManager, ServiceNow Solution Consultant, or related fieldServiceNow subject matter experience preferred, or relatedproduct(s)Strong understanding of service management,business operational processes, and workflow managementProficiency in Agile methodology, experience in Atlassianstack (i.e. JIRA) or related toolsStrong understanding ofemerging technologies, especially GenAI to elevate the customerservice chat and enterprise search experienceBackground inConsulting industry a plusYOU'LLWORK WITHYou’ll report directly to the IT & BusinessPlatforms Product Portfolio Lead, working very closely with yourfellow Product Owners and the entire engineering team(s) includingScrum Lead, Tech Analysts, UX, Developers, and QA Analysts.Additionally, you will work very closely with customers to gather andtranslate detailed requirements to populate the Product Backlog andsupport delivery of high-value business Initiatives.
