Product Marketing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team on our mission to enable the future of investing.
Your key responsibilities as a Product Marketing Manager will include:
Product Storytelling:
Crafting compelling narratives for our product, internally and externally, conveying its benefits and features in a way that resonates with our audience, and developing clear value propositions
Assisting in the development of product messaging and collaborating closely with the wider team to enhance it
Collaborating with the marketing team to create high-quality content that brings our value proposition and key differentiators to life
Regularly reviewing and updating key product messaging across platforms and campaigns to align with product updates
Go-to-Market & Product Adoption:
Planning and executing go-to-market campaigns for new products and features in collaboration with key stakeholders from Product, Marketing & Sales
Developing sales enablement and funnel marketing materials, including product sheets, product training, and client-facing materials such as sales decks, demo videos, and case studies
Ensuring alignment and effective communication between product and sales teams regarding product announcements and feature launches
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance
Voice of the Customer:
Creating thought leadership content and case studies with social proof
Gathering and analyzing customer insights from various sources (customer interviews, industry data, online research, etc.) to inform product development and marketing strategies
Conducting thorough and ongoing market research to identify trends and monitor the competitive landscape within the sector
To join us as a Product Marketing Manager, you will need the following skills and experience:
You have proven expertise in Product Marketing in the asset management/B2B financial industry experience
You have a results-driven approach, focusing on data-driven decision-making to achieve objectives
You demonstrated success in taking new product features to market effectively
You show a customer-first mindset, evidenced by past project successes and outcomes
You should have strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder management
You possess effective communication abilities to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
You must have excellent copywriting, video scripting, and storyboarding skills
You possess a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
You are proficient in translating technical specifications and capabilities into customer and business value statements
You have excellent project management skills to ensure smooth execution
You must have a proactive, self-starting attitude coupled with a problem-solving mindset
