Brio Digital is looking for a Product Manager to work on leading health tech products for the NHS.
As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions for the healthcare industry. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the advancement of healthcare services and make a positive impact on patient care.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, IT teams, and senior management, to define product vision and strategy.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, including gathering requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlog.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, and QA testers, to ensure successful product delivery.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and enhance product features and functionality.
Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary adjustments to maximise user satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on product status, key metrics, and milestones.
Product Manager Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the healthcare or related industry.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and digital health solutions is highly desirable.
Knowledge of NHS operations and policies is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management are a plus.
