These elements all contribute to Autosmart's success both in the UK and internationally.Job DescriptionProduct Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market demands and industry standards delivering target profitabilityMarket Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Utilize insights to drive product strategy.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product integration, effective launches, and optimal market positioning.Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, product enhancements, and discontinuations.Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor products and market dynamics, providing recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.The Successful ApplicantProven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical background or familiarity with automotive products is a plus.Qualifications:Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of product management experience.Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career growth and development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.
