Raspberry Pi Ltd is looking for a Product Manager to join our busy supply chain team, within the commercial department. This is a full-time role and is based at our Cambridge office at least four days per week, with the possibility of working remotely one day per week.
The Product Manager role at Raspberry Pi is responsible for a defined range of products, usually in a specific category, such as power supplies. They are the go-to person for their product range, and can answer questions from colleagues and customers.
The main duties of the role include (but are not limited to):
Managing a range of products
Dealing with suppliers - placing and managing purchase orders
Managing deliveries
Forecasting and managing stock levels
Profit and Loss analysis
Uploading new supplier pricing
Reporting on range performance
Dealing with questions from other teams and from customers
Building knowledge of the range
Understanding compliance for the range in conjunction with the compliance manager
Overseeing the life cycle of the range
Working closely with the sales team to understand trends and future customer requirements
Working with other departments at Raspberry Pi, such as Technical, Communications, and Finance
This Product Manager role also has responsibility for the silicon chip manufacturing process:
Working with the chip design team to plan raw materials
Working with the chip assembly and test houses on orders and throughput
Managing the inventory requirements, and specifically the demand from final product production
Managing the different lot numbers through the life cycle
Requirements

Ideally the candidate will have some experience within a supply chain environment, using an ERP system for procurement. It would be beneficial if this was in the electronics sector but this is not necessary.
Benefits
Salary circa £34,000
