As a Product Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to take charge of developing and delivering next-generation solutions that will revolutionise the industry.If you have a solid understanding of blockchain technologies and dApps, insight into both centralised and decentralised token trading, and enjoy leading the development and execution of products, then you are the kind of person we are looking for. You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team with the goal of translating visions into reality.What you’ll doDeveloping and communicating clear product strategies for tokenisation of commodities and trading of the tokens via DEX and CEXDevelop relationships with DEX and CEX businesses with a view to collaboratively designing product strategy, the end-to-end product development lifecycle, and identifying and mitigating potential risks and challengesCollaborating with cross-functional teams at Trilitech and with partners for successful product launchesEffectively communicating product updates, milestones, and challenges to relevant stakeholdersConducting market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunitiesUtilising data and user feedback to enhance the user experience and inform product decisionsCollaboratively developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features based on business impact and customer valueMonitoring industry regulations and compliance standards pertinent to blockchain productsWhat you’ll needProven experience as a Product Manager for a highly technical productStrong technical background with knowledge of blockchain technology and its application through dApp stacksGood understanding of CEX and DEX token listing, trading, and settlement processes, and UX featuresTrack record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budgetExcellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to build and maintain relationships with diverse teamsWhat you can expect from usGenerous LTIP tez token schemeFlexible hours and a hybrid working environment; work from home and our dog-friendly office in Soho with access to an onsite gym and media roomLunch delivered daily in the office (Dishoom, Honi Poke, Salad Kitchen - you name it, we’ve tried it!)Expense up to £2700 per annum for subsidised commuter costs30 day working abroad policy25 days paid holiday and an additional day to celebrate your birthdayEnhanced parental & adoption leave to support you in your journey through parenthoodWe’ll double match your pension contribution (allowing you to contribute up to 5% of your gross salary, with us contributing up to 10%)Private medical and travel insurance with AXA from day one, inclusive of mental health supportLearning and development initiatives to empower you in your careerComprehensive life assurance policy of 5x your base salary to provide you and your loved ones with peace of mindWhy you’ll love itOur cutting-edge projects offer you a chance to lead the way in shaping the future.
