We are now rapidly expanding in 2024 with close to 400,000 stores across the world using
our software, and with that expansion comes exciting opportunities to expand our
product portfolio and our business.

About the job
We believe in a world where you have trustworthy customer reviews for all products and services. Our mission is to increase trust between consumers and businesses by making online reviews more reliable and transparent.
We are expanding our product portfolio in 2024, and are looking to start to build a pipeline of product managers to help us scope, define and execute our product strategy to support that expansion later this year. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Product as well as company leadership and cross-functional teams.
This is not a current vacancy, but a register interest application for possible future positions as we scale.
Responsibilities
Prioritize feature development, develop the roadmap for Judge.me Product Reviews apps and other products
Gather feedback about existing features and new ones from merchants, customer support, product team and integration partners. Be a customer advocate.
Maintain backlog of tasks and prioritize them.
Development
:
Lead your team to build and test features. Own your product pipeline and improve this.
Draft and refine specifications with design and developers.
Go over product design: logic, flows and UIs, write copy. Ensure features are UX centric and customer focused.
Ensure product builds mee specs, including some testing & QA.
Research and analytics:
Generate data-driven ideas and validate your product builds.
Measure quantitative & qualitative impact of features built.
Keep up with current trends. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Monitor growth and upgrades, feature usage, widget installations, updates from shopify & partners, other metrics. Flag up issues and handle them.
Communication
:
Ensure goals are aligned internally across your product team, and keep other departments updated about features and policy changes so they can follow up.
Work with marketing to publicize new features and instructional content.
Build relationships with our stakeholders in the shopify ecosystem (merchants, app & theme integration partners, Shopify).
Requirements
Product Management Experience: You have 3+ years of Product Management experience.
Ownership Mindset: You are eager to take ownership, be proactive and drive your product forward. You don’t make excuses, and avoid blaming people instead of fixing the system.
Strategic Thinking: You have the ability to “zoom out” rather than get stuck in execution mode, ensure that you focus on high-leverage activities, and always have at least one eye on the mid to long term.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You are comfortable talking design, tech, and marketing with cross-functional peers and aligning the team around our shared goals.
User focus: You are an advocate for giving our users the best possible experience, through user research, user empathy and good UX principles.
Prioritisation for Impact: You are able to manage conflicting priorities, focus on building what will make the most business impact, and provide appropriate evidence to justify it.
Problem solving skills: You are able to apply logic and critical thinking to ensure that we provide the best possible solutions for our users, and that bets are appropriately sized.
Data savviness: You are able to use data to both spark investigation as well as validate (or invalidate) product initiatives.
Storytelling skills: You are able to explain the “why” behind our product, both internally as well as to our users.
Excellent communication: You have fantastic written and spoken English. You are detail-oriented and have the ability to write copy and proofread publicity materials.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, as well as in the review apps space.
Some complementary skill sets, for example, in areas like growth-hacking, go-to-market, data analysis, statistics and machine learning, UX research, or design.
Familiarity with our toolsets: Asana, Figma, Google Analytics + Tag Manager + Data Studio, Metabase, Google Suite, Hotjar.
Morning person: Working hours are somewhat flexible, but a good part of the time involves working with the development team in Vietnam, so someone who likes to start and end the day early is ideal.
Have an investment mentality, and want to build for the long term.

Compensation and Benefits:
£45,000 - £80,000 per annum based on experience.
30 days leave excluding banks holidays
Hybrid Remote/Office working - 2 days in the office
