Product Manager (Pooled Funds)

Our client is a leading investment management boutique. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Product Manager to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.Working closely alongside the Senior Product Manager and the Head of Product, the Product Manager will assume the following remit:Assisting in developing and maintaining a robust product process to ensure the business can effectively identify, design and launch new products and servicesAssisting in the development and design processProject manage new pooled fund launches, or modifications to existing funds, from inception to completionAssist in monitoring and ongoing maintenance of all client facing documentation including KIIDsLiaising with Compliance, Company Secretarial and external lawyers to ensure that documentation reflects regulatory changesEngaging with various working groups to ensure that documentation updates are delivered in a timely mannerAssist in developing and maintaining library or database of static Product dataEnsuring that all product governance related projects are managed effectively, keeping the Product Governance Committee and any other relevant committees informed of the status of each projectProducing reports on Product Governance for relevant committeesActioning requests from the Product Governance CommitteeAd hoc project managementThe Product Manager will meet the following credentials:Educated to degree level or equivalentProfessional qualifications (such as IMC, CFA) preferred3+ years’ experience within investment managementGood understanding of pooled funds is essentialAbility to adhere to tight deadlines while multi-tasking and working under pressureKnow when to escalate issues, and how to do so concisely and effectivelyThis is an exciting opportunity for a Product Professional with strong pooled funds knowledge looking for a new permanent role at a thriving investment management boutique.“Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
