Come join us.What will you do?HiBob’s best-in-class product is expanding its offering to include domestic payroll processing in the United Kingdom and the United States. The Product Manager for UK Payroll will be a subject matter expert in the development and improvement of our UK Payroll offering, and will be responsible for the following:Writing requirements for new product features and enhancements, and leading the software development lifecycle through the stages of development, QA, UAT, Beta and Go LiveCollaborating with partners in Engineering and Product Design throughout the software development lifecycleConducting user research and analysing market trends to determine prioritisation of the product roadmapContributing to and managing the product roadmap for UK PayrollTracking success metrics of each project to determine company and client impactPartnering with Sales and Client Success teams to strategise on opportunities for new business development and client retentionRequirementsRequirementsRequirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.Demonstrable Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS ProductFamiliarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, Sage, etc)Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent time management, project management, prioritisation, and sense of ownership skillsExperience working with the Agile methodology of software developmentExperience with cross functional teams, including collaborating with partners in Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessExperience and passion for mathematics, and the curiosity to learn the rules and regulations of UK PayrollAbility to digest client feedback and determine appropriate action itemsExperience with UK Payroll - mustInternational Payroll experience - preferredHiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we’re especially proud of that.
