Product Development & Production Manager

Job DescriptionThis role is based in Edinburgh, and is hybrid 2 days WFHWe are partnered with an innovative and stylish luxury fashion & accessories brand, who requires an experienced Senior Product Development & Production Manager. This is a key stakeholder position within the brand, reporting to Head of Sourcing and Supply, you will play a key role in the business, effectively managing the PD, sourcing and production team. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality products within budget and timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:Managing PD and Production team including raw material sourcing, product development, production and on time deliveries.Managing Product Development, Sourcing and Production teams.Manage all process from sketch to delivery.Working closely with design team.Leading sourcing and supplier strategy.Understanding supplier capabilities, material, and production challenges, and supporting in finding solutions. Producing and adhering to critical pathDelivering and producing exceptional quality product.Introducing and sourcing new suppliers, whilst managing the global supply base.· Producing products and producti0n schedule that is highly sustainable.Key Requirements:10 years + PD & Production experienceLeather and wovens experience would be advantageous.You have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and driven for success.Strong negotiation skillsLeadership and team building skills.
