The team also develop opportunities for new business and partnerships with intermediaries and third parties to provide a rich corporate proposition.As our Product Development Manager, you will focus on the development of new products and services to our corporate customer base. This will include the design and development of new products, the review and development of existing services and patient pathways and also the project management and implementation of services with the corporate client base of HCA Healthcare UKYou will support the AVP Corporate Sales to ensure that our product delivery pipeline is aligned the strategic business objectives and implemented in the best possible way for our patients and corporate clients. This will require an excellent understanding of the UK private healthcare market and of operational processes in healthcare.This is a critical role for implementing and maximising upon growth opportunities with our corporate channel.Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. Other’s may think this is just a role in our Corporate Sales team, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.What you’ll do:Design, develop and implement new products and services.Project Manage corporate client product implementations.Review, refresh, propose, design and lead on activity to improve patient pathways with a focus on a seamless patient experience, alongside the delivery of clinical excellence.Review and refresh client experience as we deliver greater volume and breadth of services to our clients to include finance, billing, data capture and reporting contributing to an improved understanding of the entire value chain.What you’ll bring:Demonstrative experience of product launch planning and development.Well organized, efficient, and able to deliver complex projects on time and to budget, able to juggle conflicting priorities and deadlines.Exceptional team working and stakeholder management experience.Prior knowledge and experience of working within the healthcare sector (Ideally private) with a passion for the customer and patient journey, empathetic to their needs.B2B and B2C marketing experience, a good storyteller – able to bring to life the quality of HCA services and facilities.Self-motivated and driven by results.Why HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers.
