Your key accountabilities will include
Leads strategy and implementation of NPD (New Product Development) across all categories and drives real change and market-leading innovation. Never rests in their pursuit for ultimate quality at every tier and puts the customer at the heart of every product related decision. Leads a team of product colleagues, holding individuals to account to achieve their KPIs and objectives. Follow P&PP (Product & Packaging Pathway) development process, managing highly complex projects to ensure critical path targets are met for cluster, communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Challenges continuous improvement to business processes to support the continued development of the NP (New Product) function as the worlds leading NPD team. Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
Positive, supportive, approachable, adaptable, resilient and lives and breathes food, culinary trends and food development. Ability to apply culinary knowledge and skills to product development. Proven track record at communicating, negotiating and influencing at all levels. Ability to manage and lead colleagues & supply base to drive a high-performance culture, pushes boundaries and encourages others to do the same. A strong strategic planner, using market and customer data to develop product propositions, ensuring we lead the market with a proven track record of clear and successful range strategies. Were an in-person business and have core collaboration days in our Support Centre each week. For most teams, this is 3 working days where we come together to collaborate, innovate, and serve our customers brilliantly.
