Hands on, site-based role with potential to work 1 day per week from home.Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities for the role will include:ideation, formulation, and development of new products from concept to launch.improving existing recipes and formulationstesting and analysis of product prototypes to ensure they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.training to production staff to ensure successful scale-up and implementation of new products.closely with artwork designers from ideation stage through to sign off.weekly NPD meetings/ weekly test panelsEssential / Desirable skills include:for food innovation and a commitment to creating delicious, high-quality products.degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related fieldin new product development (preferable in a bakery environment).understanding of ingredients and recipe developmenttrack record of successfully launching new food products from concept to launchproject management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyThe Company:to creating tasty and delicious food without compromisepremises which uses 100% renewable energyin ‘Free From’ foodThe hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
