Job DescriptionProduct Designer Hybrid (Basingstoke 2/3 days a week) or RemoteOnce For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 60k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.We are seeking a creative and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in defining and designing intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences across our platform. Your designs will significantly drive our product's success, affecting how our users interact with our services daily.ResponsibilitiesDesign and iterate on the UI/UX aspects of our SaaS platform, focusing on delivering seamless and impactful user experiences.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions.Employ a data-driven approach to inform design decisions and work with UXR to measure the effectiveness of design solutions through user testing and analytics.Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, testing, and launch.Develop and maintain design wireframes, mock-ups, and specifications as needed.Stay abreast of UX trends and seek creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.Foster a culture of design excellence, pushing the boundaries of design quality and creativity.Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and particularly Figma. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.Experience working within an agile development process.Strong understanding of the importance of user-centred design and data-driven decision making.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions clearly.Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
