The drivvn experience platform has been designed for the automotive industry and tuned over many years working with global OEMs, lenders and retailers. By harnessing our platform, we can offer highly interactive experiences that improve customer engagement across the full retail journey from discovery to purchase and renewal.
This is an exciting opportunity to join as we build out our product design team to support our growing suite of products.
As a mid-level product designer you will be part of a team responsible for creating brilliant user focused digital products. Working on both our internal platforms and directly with our automotive clients, bringing your user-focused lens to design and refine our product journeys and back office experience.
You’ll be part of a small cross functional team supporting one of our senior designers, focused on building new e-commerce experiences as we expand in to new product streams.
The Drivvn Product Design team design products that meet user needs and align with business goals, both our clients and our own. We create user focused designs, with high quality user experience and UI design. We care about how the product works, what value we’re delivering to our clients and end users, and the results we deliver, and value a strong
product lead ethic.
Main duties will include:
You’ll have experience of working in product design or UX related roles
Working with peers from product/engineering, supporting design from discovery to delivery in a lean manner and being responsible for what’s usable, useful and desirable.
Producing higher level wireframes, together with detailed UI designs and prototypes, and communicating these to a cross functional team of engineers and QA.
Learning from both quantitative/qualitative customer feedback and shaping design solutions to better solve customer pain points.
Supporting our senior and lead designers to help facilitate design/ideation sessions with customers and key stakeholders. Feeding key design insights into the Drivvn marketing team and boosting Drivvn’s customer centric, digital brand.
Salary: £35,000-£45,000About you
3+ years of digital product design (or similar) experience
Good working knowledge of design thinking with an understanding of applying the right technique for the problem at hand.
Strong UI design skills with a focus on mobile first, responsive web design and a clear understanding of design principles and accessibility.
You have experience in Figma, designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, as well as creating seamless user interactions and experiences.
Experience of prototyping your designs in Figma .
Excellent attention to design detail but also able to zoom out and see the bigger journey.
