We’re looking for a talented Designer to join our growing team. This is a permanent full time role and a chance to work with modern design techniques, a super talented team and some amazing clients.This role is based in our Southampton office but hybrid working is available.What does Rareloop do?Rareloop is a B Corp certified , award winning Digital Product Studio. We help ambitious businesses and charities to design and build best of breed digital products that have a positive impact for the organisation, specific communities or the environment.For this role this could mean: web design (UI/UX), mobile app design, web platform UI design, running discovery workshops, maintaining design systems.A thought provoking website aimed at a wide range of audiences, designed to encourage conversation.Improving user experience for visitors and provide developers with an efficient framework for the future.We developed, branded and launched a powerful open source framework for WordPress. Aimed at supercharging the developer experience, it now boasts >47k installations.Person specificationWe’re looking for the right person, someone who’ll fit and enhance our culture and help us deliver onour values .Desire for constant improvementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to multitaskOrganised and thorough, taking ownershipAbility to recognise and reason about decisions madeHigh attention to detailExperience designing digital products E.g. Websites, non-trivial apps, platforms/dashboards/process driven systemsExperience with UX and Interaction Design. E.g. User research, wireframes, prototyping, information architectures.Experience with Visual Design for digital projects. E.g.
