What this role is all about:
As Product Designer you will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to rapidly prototype, test and iterate. Working collaboratively with product, content design and business stakeholders you will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction that helps to achieve the overall journeys vision.

Responsible for rapid ideation and reiterate on designs and concepts for user experiences across employer and member
Able to collaborate closely with cross-functional team (consisting of product, content design, development) as well as business stakeholders
