Your work will shape, fuel, andredefine how players discover their next adventure on FACEIT. Ready tobuild a lasting legacy?What you will do:Partner closely with product and engineering partners to define productexperience for new featuresUnderstand user flows and pain points, and produce, test and iterate onhigh-quality designs to solve user needsIdeation & Sketching: Brainstorming and exploring different designsolutions through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.Prototyping: Building low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to testand iterate on design solutions with users and for internalcommunication.Usability testing: Identify issues and iterate. Ensure the product isusable and useful.Visual design: Creating the visual look and feel of the product,ensuring UI design follows our branding, typography, and system.Presentation & Storytelling: Effectively communicating designdecisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.Design system contribution: Refine and update design components toensure consistency across the product.What you will need:Minimum of 3 years experience designing digital productsHas strong craft & process demonstrated through a portfolio ofworkExperience with FigmaExperience with using Design SystemsNice to have: Passionate or familiar with competitive gamingFirmly rooted in our values, EFG is an affirmative action employer thatcelebrates being an equal-opportunity workplace.
