About the role
We are seeking for a full-time experienced Product Coordinator to join our Manchester office located at the heart of the city. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and level of satisfaction of our Products and Student service processes.
Key responsibilities:
Designing and launching new products with the manager after market researches.
Developing promotional material and website contents of the new products.
Providing service and help to new arrival students and families especially low aged students.
Preparing and organising international student events, activities and visits.
Establishing and maintaining collaboration with students/parents/business partners.
Assisting with database management and data analysis.
Providing professional advice to international students.
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
High level of problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Good at time-managing and multi-tasking.
Excellent bilingual (spoken and written Chinese and English) skills
Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the student services or education field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
