Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with consultants and maintain data for product registrations.
Being the first point of contact for questions from customers and colleagues of the regulatory department.
Provide the necessary information and prepare certificates for customer enquiries. And declarations.
Managing document systems for Regulatory documents and certificates.
Assisting the team in the preparation and follow-up of product safety data sheets and related data management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
A higher education diploma of short type in chemistry and related subjects or equivalent through experience.
Experience and understanding of regulations.
Strong communications skills.
Sets the right priorities and ensures independent completion of projects while respecting deadlines.
A confident team member.
Ability to quickly process new information.
Good computer skills.
Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
Knowledge of CLP or GHS is a plus.
