The role:

You will play a vital role in managing and enhancing the Procurement systems landscape, especially SAP Ariba modules. You will handle various administrative tasks, such as logins, change requests, forms, templates, and policies, and ensure they are aligned with the Procurement & Contracts policies and objectives.
You will also collaborate with different stakeholders, such as Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and the Supply Chain, to create and support systemised buying channels and routes. Additionally, you will provide application support and troubleshooting to the Procurement & Contracts team and suppliers and keep up to date with new software systems and developments. You will be the Procurement & Contracts systems super user and first line support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the systems and the user experience.
At MAG, we are passionate about your professional development so you can count on funding for appropriate qualifications and membership as well as support to pursue further development.
What will make you successful in the role?
To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent IT skills, especially in SharePoint, MS Office, and web content management tools. Knowledge of Procurement and Contract Management principles and SAP Ariba would be an advantage, but not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to deal with multiple priorities and ad-hoc requests from the wider team. You must be a team player who can work with different stakeholders and senior management and manage your own workload effectively. You should also have a degree, or equivalent relevant experience in systems administration and content creation.
