Job Profile for Construction Buyer - SW270174 Our client, a well-respected, Regional Housebuilder, based in the Gloucester area, are seeking a Construction Buyer to join them due to a long-term member of staff retiring shortly. The Construction Buyer will be responsible for procuring a range of materials from groundworks through to finishing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a regional developer with an invaluable reputation, that has been operating for over 30 years and are forecasting circa 300 units next year.

Construction Buyer Position Overview
* Creating purchase orders using COINS software.
* Manage and update materials price database.
* Dealing with site or supplier delivery / invoice queries.
* Construction Buyer Position Requirements
* Prior experience as a Construction Buyer ideally with a Housebuilder but Contractor candidate will be considered
* Must have a full knowledge of materials from Groundworks through to completion
* Skilled in COINS & Excel
* Open to candidates from mid to senior level
