Managing different levels of complexity and Business needs, with a focus on the Professional Services and Marketing category, you will be responsible for driving breakthrough results for Direct Line Group.What you'll be doing:As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Sourcing projects across Professional Services and Marketing, including leading on end-to-end RFI/RFP's, and commercial and contractual negotiations.As a key member of the Professional Services and Marketing procurement and supply chain team, you'll also support on Strategic category wide projects and work with key partners across the organisation.You will join at an exciting time in the organisation, where you will help develop category strategies, bringing together supplier, competitor and industry knowledge, and working to identify and lead opportunities that deliver commercial benefit.What you'll need:You will have business awareness with procurement experience of Contracting, Financial Management and market analysis.We pride ourselves on developing our people to help them understand the business, and becoming great technical experts in their field.Support development of sourcing and negotiation plans.You can work with cross functional teams and be able to navigate structures and deal with a range of departments on the relevant subject matter to great success.Ways of Working:Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach.
