Procurement Partner

CK Group are recruiting for a Procurement Partner to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on a contract basis for 6 months.Salary:Daily £300 - £375 PAYE or £397.91 - £497.38 UmbrellaProcurement Partner Role:Propose and develop procurement strategies that will help achieve the company objectives.Guiding the business as a Procurement Partner by leveraging market knowledge, subject matter expertise and business insights.You will be required to develop and implement local supplier relationship management strategies in order to continuously improve the local key suppliers' performance in close collaboration with the key stakeholders.You will lead sourcing projects through sourcing methodologies in order to continuously improve total cost, service and quality for indirect materials.You will be required to ensure the adherence to the global and local procurement practices.Your Background:3 plus years of experience in similar roles in procurement. CIPs qualified preferred.Experience in Marketing and Medical procurement would be advantageous.You appreciate working in a performance-oriented environment that is based on mutual respect, discussion and cooperation.You enjoy taking initiatives and you go beyond what is expected.You have commercial negotiation skills with experience in contract negotiation.Company: Our client is one of the world's premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.Location: This role allows hybrid working and you will be required two days per week at our clients site in Welwyn Garden City.Apply:
