£55-60k + car allowance & strong package

The role:
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple packaging categories across the entire business.
You will develop procurement strategies that support business objectives.
Implement risk management and sustainability targets, support Innovation agenda, and drive Sustainability Strategies delivery.
As a Procurement Manager, you excel at identifying market & pricing trends and managing complex negotiations.
Ideal candidate:
Experience in FMCG Buying / Procurement function ideally within packaging
Strong negotiation experience with track record of success
Numerate and skilled in data analysis and insights
Ability to build collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Resilient and decisive in making fast-paced decisions.
