Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Assistant to support to the project teams and wider business at our design company based in the London Bridge area.
Key Responsibilities
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Receiving quotes
- Purchasing and approval of supplier invoices
- Dealing with order queries and updating the system with new orders
- Ensuring company systems are updated with delivery and logistical information
- Performing any other duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Availability to start a new role immediately or on short notice
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, with strong Excel skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
