Enhance your Career withTVS Supply Chain SolutionsManage a team of purchasing professionals (whilst maintaining operational day to day contract responsibility), taking overall responsibility for client strategy creation, delivery and ongoing CI activities, ensuring the purchasing objectives for each client’s area are met.Job ResponsibilitiesManaging a team of purchasing professionals, providing effective leadership, supporting and coaching team members personal development through conducting 1-2-1, career discussions and end of year reviews.Overall purchasing responsibility for specified contracts, including budget creation and control.Lead the creation of the annual procurement strategy to deliver the client and TVS requirements relating to sourcing, aligning the team’s objectives to deliver the output.
