Subsea Trees demonstrates accountability for sourcing functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will execute and deliver the Subsea Trees EPC procurement strategy that meets sourcing business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.Partner with the bestAs a Procurement Lead, your responsibilities is as follows:Develop sourcing plan, and manage Subsea trees equipment EPC projects and programs to meet customer commitments and project delivery through sourcing and procurement delivery plan.Partner with business leadership and regional teams to drive OTD/Quality for key EPC projects.Manage the complete Susbea Trees purchasing and contract administration function for EPC Projects as required to meet procurement strategy program commitments.Execute
Subsea Trees EPC procurement strategy targets on price, delivery, quality and service necessary to meet requirements. Deliver and maintain key sourcing metrics on OTD, Deflation, Project savings,Develop and implement standard Subsea Trees EPC procurement rhythm and procedures to standardize procurement plan for key EPC projects with focus on OTD, Quality and Project savings.Develop Subsea Trees EPC procurement plan overview for key EPC projects to be utilized for project updates to internal and external stakeholders.Lead Procurement Subsea Trees team and provide for the evaluation of key EPC deliverables utilizing appropriate negotiation and purchasing analysis techniques and implementation of proper contracts with emphasis on quality, price, delivery, and service necessary to meet requirements.Provide for evaluation of suppliers’ capabilities and identification of appropriate items to buy.Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.Responsible for people management activities including recruiting, performance management, compensation, and organizational structure. Drive sourcing strategy and lead a team with process responsibility to develop comprehensive supplier/buyer contractual relationships to meet the business needs.Partner with Supplier Quality and Compliance to drive quality initiatives and vendor recovery for Sourcing.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university / college or equivalent experienceProven years of experience in a Sourcing positionWillingness and ability to travel 20% of the timeDesired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to manage with multiple complex situations dailyNegotiation expertise is preferredCPM or APICS certification is preferredWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
