Procurement Executive

The Company

Our client is a producer and distributor of the UK's finest Fresh Produce; steeped in history, they first started their operations over a century ago and are now a ‘go to’ supplier to all major retailers and wholesalers.

Due to expansion, the business is looking for a Procurement Executive to join the Supply Chain team. This role is perfect for someone with 1 year of Procurement Experience who wants to develop supplier relationships.

 Your duties will include:

• Collaborating closely with our operations team to ensure seamless customer service.


• Building strong relationships with supply chain contacts to keep them informed of performance


• Analysing customers and suppliers through data analytics, benchmarking, and market research.


• Assisting with packaging changes and attending meetings with customers and suppliers.


• Providing timely performance updates to the team and covering for account managers and procurement coordinators as needed.

Your skills and experience: To be considered as a Procurement Executive you will need:

• At least 1 year of procurement experience


• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.


• Strong presentation skills and a proactive attitude.
