Procurement Coordinator Lead – Multi-Site | KIMS Hospital Maidstone37.5 Hours per week permanent | Competitive Salary depending on experience, in line with agenda for change.Job Summary:Are you looking for a diverse role where you can really make a difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement Team.We are looking for an engaged individual to join our Procurement and Supplies Team as a Procurement Coordinator Lead – Multi site. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our teams whilst coordinating and controlling the stock across all departments.This role is ideally suited to a professional and autonomous person who has experience in inventory and stock management. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexibility on shift times.Our One Team culture creates a working environment that will allow you to make a huge difference, across all of our sites, in this new and varied role, with many opportunities to develop in your career. Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Procurement Coordinator Lead you will:Travel between the 3 sites and KIMS Maidstone, you will be responsible for coordinating all inventory, stores replenishments and stock movementYou will be Offering support, advice and guidance on inventory and stock management, stock usage, sourcing of alternatives (where required) coupled with management of stock locations.You will seek guidance and direction from the Procurement Manager, shall work very closely with the site General Manager and Senior Clinical lead/Team of each site to ensure all inventory and stock control matters are efficiently executed to enhance patient safety and careEnsuring the timely processing of stock replenishments and delivery of ordered goods / services to all specified sites – Sevenoaks Medical Centre, Lyca Health Orpington and Orpington Endoscopy Solutions.Supervising the maintenance of optimal stock levels within clinical and non-clinical locations at each site.Person SpecificationEssentialHas previous experience within stock managementSelf-reliant with influencing skillsMust have a full UK Drivers LicenceBasic computer skillsDesirablePrevious experience within procurement and inventory in a Healthcare settingCIPS qualificationKIMS Hospital employees enjoy the following benefits:Competitive SalaryFree Secure Staff ParkingPension SchemePrivate Health Insurance33 Days annual leave plus extra time off for your birthdayLife AssuranceAnnual Flu VaccinationUp to 40% off some of KIMS ServicesFree Eye TestAt KIMS Hospital we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive working environment.
