We are looking to recruit a highly motivatedProcurement Consultant to join our team inCardiffon apermanentbasis. We are flexible on the level of this role as our team has the right structure to support the development and nurture someone at intermediate levelas well as theopportunityfor anexperiencedseniorto come into the team, lead ontheirown projects with autonomy and scope togrowfurther.
In this role you will be responsible for evaluating, recommending and implementing industry best practice, strategic procurement systems, processes and procedures with Energy/Nuclear/Defence/Central Government customers.
This can range from developing procurement/acquisition strategies and drafting procurement documentation to leading on market engagement and mobilising supply chains.

What we are looking for in our next Procurement Consultant
Experience of standard forms of contract, including the NEC suite, and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 would be beneficial, and candidates personal and communication skills, ambition, drive and energy will be considered equally important to be successful.
Previous working experience within relevant industry sector.
Professional qualifications and/or membership of the RICS or the CIPS is desirable. Progress towards this will be supported if not already attained.
