This position requires a Procurement Category Manager who can effectively manage the drinks and BWS procurement across several brands. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.

Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for BWS and drinks.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the most favourable terms.
  • Develop long term relationships with drinks suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage a team of 1 buyer
  • Work cross functionally with NPD for new menu launches

Profile

A successful Procurement Category Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Experience buying BWS, drinks or food
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
