Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.2. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support procurement decision-making.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and implement solutions to enhance procurement effectiveness.4. Support the Procurement & Supply Chain team on daily operational activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365.5. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.6. Provide ad hoc analysis and support to procurement leadership as needed.PERSON SPECIFICATION Required Experience The role requires the individual to have an in depth understanding of the procure to pay process and the corresponding modules in Dynamics 365, however, we are prepared to provide training so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate they:Have used analysis of large data sets to make recommendations to improve performance.Have presented workflow in business systems to process transactionsHave presented processes and data to groups of people and positively influence their behaviour.Required Skills and Abilities · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the use of Microsoft PowerPoint· Excellent numerical and analytical skills including experience of using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI· Logical approach to problem solving, for example, diagnosing user issues with business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365· Are positive, tenacious and resilient.· The ability to remain positive in a fast paced environment· Are able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to get buy-in to different ways of working.· Good team player who is willing to be flexible while continuing to deliver· Commercially astute with the ability to identify cost savings and efficiencies· Good organisational skills to the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesRequired Qualifications and Certifications· Degree in a related field e.g. business or science· Membership (or working towards membership) of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)Equal Opportunity Statement: GRIDSERVE is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
