Procurement Analyst - £45,000 - 50,000 per annum + up to 15% discretionary bonus + a competitive 15% non-contributory pension + hybrid working to an office of your choice: London, or Bristol office.Overview:A fantastic Procurement Analyst position working within a leading mobility company. A purpose-driven organisation with a key focus to improve the quality of their customer’s lives through providing affordable and sustainable financial solutions.A great opportunity to shape how the company measure and analyse procurement performance through financial and non-financial activities. This is a newly centralised and growing Procurement function so this is a great opportunity to take ownership of this area, further build out the spend analytics, contract analytics and work closely with stakeholders. While a large focus is on the analytics, this role will also grow within procurement itself within the long-term.If you have interest in ESG or AI, there is opportunity to look at owning a project within these areas.What the role involves:Development and maintenance of Procurement intranet and site pages ensure it remains up to date.Ownership of the Procurement inbox, responding to stakeholder queries & requestsDeveloping the spend analytics capabilities using a variety of data sources to spot spend trends and significant spend changes on suppliersCreate and develop the Procurement dashboard to demonstrate the value-add Procurement delivers e.g. Cost savings/avoidance, customer satisfaction, process efficiencyOwnership and SME for the Contracts Management tool used to store all 3rd party contracts.The person we hope to find:You are passionate about data and enjoy analysing data from a variety of sources within a Procurement environmentInterest in growing within Procurement is also a mustDeveloping Procurement dashboards to measure team performance.Advanced MS Excel (knowledge of functions, pivot tables, v/h look ups and macros).Experience in a highly analytical role within a procurement, commercial or business environment.What this role can offer you?Purpose-driven organisation which champions a collaborative, inclusive and supportive working environmentWorking within a newly created and valued Procurement function with growth opportunitiesStrong on analytics, creating dashboards ideally on Power BIAn organisation that is not solely focused on KPIs/Savings but creating and building an innovative supply chainGreat benefits package including 28 days annual leaveIf you are an experienced Procurement Analyst looking for a new challenge and are interested in working for an organisation who work closely with the charity sector and who view Procurement as an integral part of their business and a huge part of the growth strategy, then this could well be the role for you!For more information, please apply directly, or by emailing the latest copy of your CV and contact details to
