Procurement Analyst

Procurement Heads’ Industrial practice have been retained by one of the UK’s largest waste management organisations to recruit a Procurement (Logistics) Analyst.
As an Analyst, you’ll be supporting the Senior Category Manager in delivering targets and managing suppliers.
The role offers a hybrid work model, and you’ll be working from either its Newcastle or High Wycombe offices 3 days a week.
As a Procurement (Logistics) Analystyour key responsibilities will be:
Working collaboratively with stakeholders to meet business requirements
Maintaining data associated with the specific category area
Preparing reports and analysis as required
Acting as an initial point of contact for supplier and stakeholder administrative queries
Helping identify new opportunities and insights based on analysis of data
Helping ensure application of Procurement best practices
Skills and experience:
>12 months experience as a data analyst
Excellent IT and data modelling skills
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Background in logistics would be advantageous
