Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, this position is a great opportunity to shape how the business measures procurement performance through financial and non-financial metrics. Key responsibilities:

Developing the teams spend analytics capabilities using different data sources to identify spend trends and significant spend changes on suppliers.
Create, own and maintain the Procurement dashboard to demonstrate how the team delivers value (including but not limited to cost savings/avoidance, customer satisfaction, process efficiency).
Ownership and SME for the Contracts Management tool used to store all of MO’s 3rd party contracts.
Evolution and maintenance of Procurement intranet and site pages ensure it remains up to date.
Ownership of the Procurement inbox, responding to stakeholder queries & requests ensuring actions are delivered timely manner as required.
Own the team Business Integration Plan and agree planned activities with team members to support building internal relationships.
Supporting team and stakeholders with Procurement Policy compliance.
Supporting team with development of Procurement templates and processes.
To be considered:
Procurement Analyst ideally within financial services with experience in a highly analytical role and exposure to indirect procurement.
Experience with Contract Management tools.
Knowledge of developing Procurement dashboards to measure team performance.
You are passionate about data and love analysing data from a variety of sources with experience on PowerBI or similar.
You enjoy using different procurement technologies, tools and processes and continually looking for ways to improve.
On Offer:
£45,000 - £50,000 plus attractive company benefits.
Hybrid: 3 days / week in Bristol.
