Are you an experienced administrator or analyst looking for a new challenge?
We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Analyst to join our procurement team at InHealth Head Office, based in High Wycombe.
What does being a Procurement Analyst involve?
As Procurement Analyst, you will support InHealth’s goal to make healthcare better by supporting the procurement department in delivering strategy; as well as building relationships with the Business Units and Functions to establish an excellent customer service provision.
What else will you do?
  • Investigate, manage & develop the intelligent contracts (IC) database/ system for maximum use across the procurement team and across the InHealth wider business. Develop related reporting and focus on compliance
  • Assist in the development of, and on-going management of, supplier spend reporting
  • Manage supplier KPI data and develop reporting to demonstrate our SC compliance and share this across our organisation
  • Assist with the organisation of, and recording of, key partner supplier meetings
  • Maintain department risk register
  • Assistance with procurement ordering system (E-req) management and maintenance to cover annual leave
  • Administration support for the Department and Head of Department as and when required
We really want to hear from individuals that:
  • Have an interest in procurement and supply chain; there will be an opportunity to complete an apprenticeship in Level 4 CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply) in line with procurement professional’s minimum qualifications
  • Have experience with financial and procurement systems.
  • Understand how a procurement department operates.
  • Value continuous improvement and follow best practices.
  • Have excellent communication skills and work well in teams.
  • Possess high emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
  • Can handle complaints or feedback in a healthcare setting.
