Buying Merchandiser

The Merchandiser will be responsible for expertly managing inventory level of high-quality products. This individual will work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and high standards.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented General eCommerce Merchandiser to join our fast-paced procurement team. As the Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring sales amount, calculating order amount, coaching different parties to achieve on-time delivery. Your expertise in supplier relationships and analysis skill will contribute to Keplin Group Limited's success in the e-commerce landscape.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with Keplin Group Limited's e-commerce objectives and customer preferences.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from data analysis to order placement, inventory management, and fulfilment.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and sales performance, optimising stock levels for efficient order fulfilment.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers, driving collaboration, and continuous improvement in product quality and service level.
Work closely with buyers and supply chain team to execute order replenishment.
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
At least 2 years of experience in merchandising / demand planner / buying
Experience in project management software e.g. Experience buying and dealing with factories is preferred.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and project management capabilities.
