Being part of the Commercial Services team and reporting to the procurement manager, you will work closely with the finance team to manage the shopping cart compliance & P/O creation in SAP

Focusing on ensuring shopping carts align with governance procedures, managing issues with stakeholders and escalating when required.

Seek to challenge and improve methods of working, supporting an ethic of continuous improvement by offering ideas and suggestions.

Skills & Experience required:

Experience working with Microsoft products and IT systems .

Experience working with finance systems.

Previous experience in either a finance and/or procurement related role.

Ensuring Purchase orders are compliant with legislation and their governance procedures.

Spend reporting / driving compliance / decision making.
