As a BusinessAnalyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimising processes and enhancing performance through the implementation of best practices. Your contribution will be vital to the Group's ambitious journey towards automation and digitalisation.
This role is offered on a fixed term contract, initially 18 months with the view to extend based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Process Improvement Team and Technology, you will be:-
Drivestrategic initiatives
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver processes enhancements.Own, coordinate, develop, and manage robust datasets to enable business lines to achieve service improvements, cost reductions, and error reductions.
️ Technical proficiency:
Set up and maintain automated processes.Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
Performance tracking:
Produce and track key performance indicators.Develop and support data reporting processes, identifying key business strategic and operational reporting requirements.
Data quality assurance:
Monitor and audit key organisational data, providing enhancements to data quality.Map data flows and streamline data collection methods for automated routines.
Documentation and analysis:
Gather, understand, and document business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.Design and conduct surveys, analyzing survey data effectively.To be successful in this role, you will meet the majority of these skills and experiences:

This role may be eligible for hybrid working after 3-month probation (2 days WFH).
