This is an exciting opportunity for an industry experienced Process Engineering Manager to join a global engineering business within the energy sector (Oil and Gas Upstream).

You will have extensive industry experience preferably within the Oil and Gas sector, with exposure to separation and produced water solutions.

As a Process Engineering Manager you will also need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities which will include mentoring and development of staff in your area.

Duties


  • Manage and lead activities of the Process Engineering team.
  • Manage process input and assess and manage potential technical risk.
  • Responsibility for preparation of relevant company proposals.
  • Execute and develop process studies, tenders, presentations, and technical documentation. 
  • Regular communication with clients, suppliers, and government bodies.
  • Maintain a constant review and plan of resource requirements in the team.
  • Training and mentoring of colleagues as necessary.
  • Occasional travel in relation to projects (Could include offshore)

Background:


  • Degree: Chemical or Process Engineering
  • Extensive technical experience in Produced Water or Separation technology
  • Commercially Astute to support significant bids and proposals.
  • Preferably Oil and Gas experience (Upstream)
  • People management skills
