We pride ourselves on being a tight-knit team of expert Engineers and Consultants, committed to meeting our clients' needs in developing and designing new Anaerobic Digestion facilities, and enhancing the efficiency of operational facilities.

As our company continues to grow, we recognise the importance of expanding our team with like minded professionals. We are currently seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join us and strengthen our capacity to provide exceptional, tailor-made Engineering services to our clients.



Job Description & Key Responsibilities



As a senior member of the Engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering client services related to development and design of greenfield facilities, upgrading and operational assessments of existing facilities and feasibility studies.



You will work closely with our team of Engineers & sub-contractors, undertaking process design works, providing guidance and support, and reviewing documentation to ensure we are delivering innovative and efficient engineering solutions. This will typically include:




  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, deliverables and objectives,

  • Plan and execute feasibility studies,

  • Analyse and assess operational plants to identify areas for optimisation,

  • Work closely with the internal Engineering team to develop designs from concept to FEED,

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout all stages of project execution,

  • Manage sub-contract design works,

  • Client reporting on technical solutions and costs.



Although this is a work from home position, we are looking for someone based in South Wales or the South West of England. The role includes occasional travel to internal meetings, client meetings and site visits.



Skills & Experience




  • BEng or Meng Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or similar,

  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartered status,

  • Relevant industrial experience in a sector such as petrochemical, energy or wastewater treatment,

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts,

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading engineering projects from conception to completion,

  • Ability to maintain a professional and focused approach,

  • Strong commercial awareness to ensure solutions developed for clients are cost effective and fit within their criteria.



You will have experience of




  • Process hazard and risk assessment principals and techniques,

  • Reviewing and interpreting process design documentation,

  • Implementing improvements in processes and operational effectiveness,

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously,

  • Working to deadlines.

Schedule




  • Monday to Friday,

  • Home based, preferably based in South Wales or South West England,

  • Some travel for site visits and team meetings.
