Our Client is a dynamic, fast-paced Fresh Produce packer, supplying a variety of customers including the retailers. We are seeking a strong, experienced Process and Continuous Improvement Manager to join the business at a key time.



The position of Process and Continuous Improvement Manager, in collaboration with their training team, will manage and evaluate adherence of their sites to approved processes, and identify gaps and propose continuous improvement action plans. This role will provide expert guidance on the system and process implications of change, ensuring that impact assessments are carried out to appropriately manage the timing and implementation of any changes and subsequent measurement and tracking of benefits..



The role will involve;



Define and implement the framework to continually assess and evolve the business and operational on-site processes, ensuring alignment with their standards and customer requirements



Work with key stakeholders to develop standards and procedures for analysing, designing, and improving operating processes



Set goals for Continuous Improvement/CI with a cost reduction approach



Identify strategical opportunities & strategic planning and other CI requirements throughout the business.



We require;



Strong experience in end-to-end process mapping including system and application interfaces (ERP experience preferrable) ideally within the Produce / FMCG / Manufacturing sector.



A background in process improvement methodologies (BPM, TQM, Kaizen, Lean etc)



Analytical & logical approach, with excellent communication ability



Sigma qualification would be advantageous



Hours; Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm



Salary; Dependent on experience offered, c�50-60k



Full driving licence essential due to multi site locations



Initially this role will be a six month FTC.
