Title: Process AnalystLocation Lytham St AnnesSalary: £40K (DOE)Benefits:Annual Contribution towards Fitness MembershipsSick Pay SchemePrivate Healthcare BenefitsCompany Pension PlanAccess to Cycle to Work SchemeRecognition for Long ServiceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) including Health Support and Mental Health First AidComplimentary Refreshments & BreakfastInjury Prevention and Treatment at Motion Injury ClinicDedicated Volunteering Days Hybrid 25 days Holiday + Bank holidays + Birthday off and rising up to 30 days!Responsibilities:Manage a central repository of process documentation, ensuring accessibility to all staff.Create process documentation, maps, and user guides.Conduct meetings with departments to identify areas for improvement.Analyse data to identify process performance areas.Define 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes.Review information to ensure processes achieve desired results and meet service levels.Support compliance team during audits by updating process documentation.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify internal business change requirements.Work closely with the development team to specify solutions for automating manual processes.Create and maintain process documentation, maps, and user guides.Assess third-party solutions and present cost benefit analysis to senior management.Maintain the process library and develop a knowledge base for critical business functions.Conduct maturity assessments to highlight areas for improvementRequirements:Proficiency in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities.Proven track record as a Process Analyst - adept at investigating issues, analysing options, and providing actionable recommendations.
