Process Analyst for Global Higher Education eCommerce Deployment
Our client, a leading global educational company, is looking to expand their Higher Education business through a comprehensive eCommerce solution tailored to various international markets. They are seeking a skilled Process Analyst to map out all essential processes for this deployment, ensuring robust support from BPO/Operations and financial teams in critical areas such as tax, treasury, financial control, and intercompany operations.
This is for 3 months, with possibility of extension depending on project demands.
Role Overview
Positioned within our client's Business Transformation department, this role is focused on enhancing and managing core processes while developing new ones. The successful candidate will understand and implement the eCommerce processes required to launch this global solution, ensuring smooth deployment across multiple countries, meeting customer expectations, and mitigating risks.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Process Strategy Implementation : Transform process strategy into specific goals, tools, workflows, service objectives, performance priorities, and improvement plans that demonstrate business value, following process excellence and financial value management principles.
Project Leadership : Lead and deliver multiple improvement projects simultaneously across various and evolving business models.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at different levels across the business to support the strategic process agenda.
Transformation Delivery : Ensure the successful delivery of transformation projects by working closely with global teams, including Global Business Services, Technology, and Financial Operations. Act as a facilitator and connector to drive positive change.
Business and Commercial Insight : Utilize business and commercial skills to identify and leverage differences that provide a competitive edge, and know when to use shared processes and capabilities to create value through data and experience.
Operational Performance : Ensure operational teams achieve expected outcomes, improve process performance, adhere to standards, and manage significant process changes with proper controls for effective, measurable results.
Training and Knowledge Management : Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials and knowledge management. Manage financial master data critical to the Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) strategy in each business division.
Advanced Process Improvement : Apply industry-standard knowledge, skills, and experience in advanced process improvement, agile quick assessments, and Finance Mastery principles to support the DtC agenda in each business division.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience leading the implementation of direct-to-consumer and eCommerce processes, with a comprehensive understanding of upstream and downstream implications. Ability to design, evolve, and adapt processes to reflect market complexity and propositions optimally.
Experience working in a multi-national matrix organization.
Proven project, program, and change management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive and champion change. Qualifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies are preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP, Business Intelligence, and value management applications is preferred but not essential, provided there is experience in large-scale ERP, BI, and VM applications.
Fluent in English (verbal and written), with experience working globally across diverse cultures, languages, and markets.
