PRO ROBOTICS TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (SOUTH)

An exciting opportunity to become part of the Husqvarna UK team and gain experience working for the global leader in robotic lawnmowers.Supporting the Pro Robotics Team, Sales and Services functions to develop Autonomous turf care growth in the UK. Primary focus on sports turf and facility management customer segments.This role reports into the Head Of Pro Sales Development UK.Key duties: Site survey, installation, demonstration, technical support and dealer training.Responsibilities & TasksMobile technical support role for the professional autonomous turf care products within the Husqvarna UK business. A key area for growth with industry leading technology. Primary focus area covering the Greater London area and supporting South West & South East regions. The candidate will support the Husqvarna Pro dealer network and end customers.Site survey for golf courses, sports pitches, facilitiesInstallation of robotic lawnmowers, using RTK-GNSS signal technologyDealer training; Installation, technical and serviceTraining of dealers and end customers in product concept, including RTK GNSS (GPS)Product surveillance and advanced trouble shootingExtensive travel within area assigned with overnight staysWorking in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditionsSome overseas travel may be required for training purposesAdditional Skills/Qualifications RequiredSelf-motivated with the ability to work remotelyTechnology focussedElectrical engineering experience and/or qualificationFull clean UK driving licenceExisting experience of Robotic solutions in the groundcare sector would be advantageousStrong interpersonal skillsLogical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a natural problem solverWillingness to work in a demanding and customer focussed environmentMicrosoft Office including CRMOfferCompetitive packageTraining, online, workshop and field based learningVan (VW Transporter 6.1 Panel van highline – fully equipped for role) for business and personal useHusqvarna branded clothing & PPECompany laptop & IT equipment, iPhone, expenses credit card, full range of tools Please supply a covering letter and CV before the closing date of 22nd April 2024.
